However, we would like to clarify something important: 👉 This was a group tour, and unfortunately, group tours work differently from private experiences. They follow fixed schedules, shared transport and sometimes adjustments depending on the situation. We understand your frustration, but this is exactly the reason why we always recommend private tours, where everything is organized in a much more comfortable, flexible and personalized way. Because of situations like this, we have already made the decision to stop offering group tours and focus only on private experiences, where we can guarantee the quality and service that our clients expect.
