Well organised tour, everything is clear since the begining and they pick you up in your hotel. What I like the most : Punctuality The guides were really nice and friendly Dinners were good (mostly Moroccan options) Points that were no so good: The airco in the van is not uniform so if you are in the back you will be hot The van is small and seats are not so comfortable. Taking into account that you spend so many hours traveling in the van, it may get uncomfortable. Lunches cost around 120 dh without drinks and you don't get to choose the place
Had an excellent time on our Morocco desert trip with Khaled. He was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the trip, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He was also a very safe and careful driver, which made the long journeys much more relaxing, especially on some of the more challenging roads. The tour covered a very nice range of scenery, from the mountains and valleys to the desert, and we had a good amount of time actually enjoying the desert rather than just passing through it. The hotel was great too, especially having a pool to relax in after the long day of travelling. Khaled made the whole trip really enjoyable and was always happy to stop, answer questions and help out whenever needed. Would definitely recommend Khaled and Morocco Trip to anyone looking to explore the desert - great guide, great experience and a really memorable trip!
It was a great experience, also thanks to our guide Imad!
In general, the tour had a positive outcome; we had good accommodations both in the desert and at the hotel (obviously we went in August, so it was boiling hot in the desert, but at other times it is certainly more pleasant). As a guide, we had Youssef, a very nice and kind guy who is happy to answer all questions. Excellent driver, he drives well and stops for any need. Personally, we had a small issue that was not well resolved; the police stopped us and the guide made some of us get out with the excuse that we were without seatbelts (some even though they had them on), saying that we would be fined 300 MAD each, after which the fine was not issued and the driver said that we should pay him 25 MAD each because he had made an arrangement with the police officer; I didn't quite understand what happened, but I didn't like this very much. Furthermore, a stop in Ouarzazate was planned that was not made, and no one explained the reason to us. Anyway, we had fun and, apart from these problems, we had a good time; the van was nice and the air conditioning worked.
The guide Moreno was kind and ready to answer all questions. The local guides were excellent. The accommodation in the tented camp was excellent. The evening buffet dinner was less good. The second night was terrible. Guest house advertised as a boutique... Instead it was dirty, poorly managed, and we had little water to wash ourselves. Very modest guest house with unfriendly hosts. A disaster that unfortunately ruined the second day. Tired from the 4 a.m. departure and needing to wash up after a long trip.. We found the guest house without electricity (restored after 1 hour), water for the shower very weak and initially only cold. With. Malfunctioning faucets. Dirty bathroom and no shampoo or body wash. Pool unusable because it was occupied by the host's friends and their children. The description of boutique guest house is highly misleading so I asked for a partial refund because the. Second night is not worth what was described and what was paid. As of today, I do not know. If I will be refunded for the terrible service.
iddir and ibrahim were super nice and reliable
Our guide Hassan was excellent; he made our tour through different cities in Morocco wonderful. Very kind, cordial, he knew how to convey the culture of his country with pride.
This was a relaxing and overwelving experience. In the early morning we stepped into an airconditioned van with great seating and even better music. Hamza was a save and comfortable driver, driving us through the most beautiful landscapes of Morocco. Meanwhile Rachid gave us clear information of our skedule and the views. We had two guidend tours, food, a hotel wil a pool and ofcourse a sunset and sunrise in the sandunes. Afterwards we got dropped of at our hotel to continue our trip. An unfortgetteble experience! Thank you Rachid and Hamza!
It was good and our experiences were really fun
