We took the tour with Jack and it was great! I really liked the fact that he led us choose where we wanted to go ( a part from the schedule tour) He was also really helpful and resourceful at the moment of booking for attractions that were not on the schedule (Empire State building) Overall, it made our trip to NY even more enjoyable. Recommend
We had a great experience with our tour guide, Jack, in New York! He was incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with everyone. He shared lots of interesting facts about the city and always made sure no one felt rushed or left behind. We also really appreciated that he spoke both English and French so everyone could follow along. His positive attitude and kindness made the tour even more enjoyable. I took a 3 day trip to NYC with Jack (tour guide) and Chakir (bus driver). Jack was an incredible guide, very knowledgeable and extremely nice! Chakir made the bus ride as comfortable as can be for the entire trip. Chakir’s night tour on the second day especially was a highlight of the trip as we got to see an unobstructed view of New York’s evening skyline (see picture). As a first timer in New York, this trip was definitely worth it, and we’ll be looking to book the trip again sometime soon!

The bus driver Mario and guide jack were amazing, the trip was fast and enjoyable m. We were packed up with activities and they always give good guide through the city
Start by saying that it was an amazing experience! The guide Jack is 10/10, not only he was really nice with all of us, but also really helpful and knowledgeable! From explaining the background of every attraction to recommending the nearest restaurant to make the most out of your money and time, he was always very supportive! Also, he was really kind since sometimes members were going off of some minutes and he was always pretty responsive by message to make sure you’re okay and that you’re not left behind. He was always attentive the moment of departure to make sure that anyone was forgotten and reminding the schedule often so that you don’t miss any important information. The ambiance was so nice as well, our bus driver Mario was funny and nice! Weather is a family trip, a couple vacation or a solo adventure, you’re in the best hands, I recommend 200% :)

I Highly recommend this 3 days trip from Montreal to New York City. Our driver was amazing, the bus was comfortable with A/C on the extreme hot days. Our guide Jack was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He shared many interesting iconic landmarks during the ride as well as tours throughout. Jack was great at keeping the large group organized and moving along. We appreciated how attentive Jack was done The trip was worth every penny. Had a great time!Merci beaucoup!!
I had a wonderful experience with Wonder Travel, especially with Jack. My mother traveled alone to New York, and I asked if they could please look after her and help her with translations when needed. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the trip. The team was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive.
