The meeting point is The opposite is a parking lot. The bus will stop on Stanley Street in the morning. It is in front of Chez Parée Club. You also can see Second Cup Coffee shop at the corner of St-Catherine O. street.. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

I must premise that we had booked the 3-day tour precisely to avoid visiting everything in a rushed manner. Unfortunately, a couple of days before, they informed us that they had not reached the minimum number to proceed and offered us to participate in the 2-day tour. The guide Eva was absolutely fantastic and the places visited are stunning, but you really stay too little time both in Toronto and at Niagara Falls; I suggest doing the 3-day tour.
The experience was great, but unfortunately you “messed up” because I bought your 3 day and 2 night tour and instead you programmed me for the 2 day one day trip. I expect a deserved and just refund.
Deplorable customer service and abusive practices by Take Tours, managed by Wonder Travel — AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Montreal–Toronto–Niagara Falls trip scheduled for 08/15-16/2026 canceled only 2 days before departure. Having come from France specifically for this trip, this cancellation put me in a very difficult situation. The tour operator offered me a new date after my return to France, which was impossible, then a 3-day trip on the same route, leaving one day before the one booked. Instead of taking responsibility for their own cancellation, they asked me for an additional $80 CAD, only in cash, while refusing bank payment. On-site, another unpleasant surprise: $40 CAD in cash for a cruise that was nevertheless advertised as included in the new package offered online. All activities and restaurants had to be booked through the organization, with significant markups, even though the bus sometimes dropped us off in isolated areas. As for the guide Eva, she also asked us for an additional $10 CAD per person for only 5 minutes of supposedly "guided" walking during a stop, even though she had already collected $10 CAD per person in mandatory tips for her service and that of the driver. She also threatened to leave me at a rest stop in the middle of the highway, with police intervention if necessary, to force me to pay the surcharges. Last-minute cancellation, imposed surcharges, cash-only payments, advertised activity included but billed, and a threatening guide: a scandalous experience. I strongly advise against Take Tours / Wonder Travel if you care about not ruining your precious vacation.
We had a great experience with Wonder Traveller , we really enjoyed our journey in bus ,it was comfortable and the guide Eva is also very gentle lady ,since we were traveling with our toddler Eva was our go to person for any help or suggestion we needed for further traveling...
We enjoyed the trip, Niagara Falls was magnificent. Our pickup was in an obscure place, very different from where we ended the tour. Pick up should have been more central. The meals were great at the Chinese restaurants...don't change that! Got to the falls early which was great in avoiding the huge crowds later in the day. The amount of free time at the falls (4 hours) was far too long, there was nothing for us to do (we are over 70). Great for teenagers and young families but not our demographic. It also meant getting to Niagara on the Lake very late so that exploration of this lovely town was quite limited. Driver and guide were both great.
Overall it was a good vacation. Our family enjoyed the tour. Eva is very friendly and polite. Bus is clean and comfortable, hotel stay is comfortable , schedule is good. Lunch breaks are little expensive without much options around to choose! I personally think, they can find a place where we have multiple options for the travellers coming from.different countries .Overall we enjoyed.
The trip was really awesome. Eva and the driver made our trip more memorable and enjoyable. The trip was very safe and the stay was very neat and clean. I would like to appreciate the whole crew who made it. We all 4 enjoyed this trip as we had one such trip ever before. Thank you Eva for your guidence and support and special thanks to the driver as well.

A very well-organized tour. The guide (Eve) is very smiley, which makes the trip even more pleasant, and her explanations are relevant. The chosen hotel as well as the restaurants were excellent. The proposed activities are good. The experience of Niagara Falls will remain in memory. I recommend it!
Horrible and disappointing experience, no professionalism, 3-day 2-night trip canceled then supposedly switched to 2 days 1 night, we showed up at the meeting point and we never appeared because there was an error in the change, it had noted only one person and not both of us as initially, and the guide didn't want to know anything and left us on the side of the road at the meeting place. Inadmissible and unacceptable behavior from such an organization that is supposedly very well-rated, of course we were refunded, that’s the least they could do, but nothing else to compensate for this error on their part and the trouble they put us in. I cannot recommend them and can only give them the worst rating because this should not have happened, or at least been rectified with professionalism, which was not the case at all.
