No Refund
We were provided with the meeting point at the cruise exit security gate. We arrived on time in a chaotic area filled with taxi drivers and cruise passengers. The tour operator was nowhere to be found in the crowd. After 15 - 20 minutes of scrambling to find the tour bus and operator, we managed to have a local taxi driver call the world tour office, only to be told the driver had left and that we were considered a no-show. We were in fact there, on time. We requested a refund and was flatly told NO. We called Viator for assistance in getting our refund. Viator was absolutely NO help! They are simply a middleman bookie. I strongly urge to avoid WorldTours in Naples or book with caution!

Pity about the chaos
Pickup was chaotic our names weren’t even with the pick up guide so had to show our confirmation 3 times. Having said that she was pleasant which is more than I could say for the driver who was just rude to us. Pompeii guide was very good but cheap headsets could do with with a little investment and upgrade. All in all just okay

Pompeii guided tour a must
What a great tour to explore the archeological site of ancient Pompeii. The guide Younis was very informative and interactive. Truly enjoyed the stories he shared. Nadia was the tour leader from tour operator. Both driver and leader were nice.

Well worth it
We had a great walking your of Pompeii. The bus was prompt and smooth. It was all very straightforward from booking to being dropped off thanks to Carmela and Antonio.
Anna was out guide around Pompeii and she was brilliant. Told funny little stories and filled the two hours with lots of history and information.
