Exactly the right mix of driving fun and getting around to places that aren't always typical.
The 2h tour delivered more than 2h usually do. For us, the fun of driving came first, with interesting and not necessarily typical sights presented with a funny anecdote by Raffael. The ride through the old Elbe Tunnel was also awesome. Luckily, we only stopped at selected spots and not constantly for photos, which is something I have often criticized on other excursions of this type. So, many thanks to Raffael, absolutely PERFECT. We can only recommend it. Meeting up in front of the shop was completely uncomplicated. After a short briefing and a mini test drive, we were already on our way.

Easy on an E-Scooter
A fantastic tour from start to finish. The e‑scooters were incredibly easy to handle and very comfortable — ideal if you’re not used to Segways. The tour itself was informative, relaxed, and a great way to see so much of Hamburg in comfort. Communication throughout was excellent. I’d happily recommend Robot City and will definitely use them again at their other locations.

2 hour Scooter Tour
Although our tour guide was knowledgeable about the city, I felt the content was heavy on the “red zone” area of Hambugh. Maybe that’s the city. There was confusion at the start of the tour, combining two tours into one which honestly was too many folks, some on scooters, some on Segways, which created a late start. Honestly, the tour could have been an hour. There were times due to the amount of people on the tour that we got separated by traffic lights and conditions.
I think the tour needs some refining and maybe a hard cap on the number of participants.

Wonderful time

Scenic Hamburg Scooter Tour
Refreshing and Fun! 🛺 Our scooter journey around Hamburg was wonderful. We glided by the picturesque Ohlsdorf Cemetery, enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the Mönckebergstraße, and admired the stunning views from the Oberhafen. The guide was friendly and shared lots of interesting tidbits. A great way to see Hamburg’s diverse neighborhoods!

Nice scooter tour to interesting places at a sunny afternoon in May
A very nice scooter tour showing several places of interest in Hamburg.
Scooters were not the newest models as such, but all in all working fine and easy to ride.
Our tour guide Calvin was a very relaxed and friendly guy - thanks, we had big fun!

Sightseeing tour of Hamburg by electric scooter
City tour on electric scooters in Hamburg.
My husband and I were in Hamburg and decided to take a city tour to quickly see most of the city. And I think that this was the best decision. The guide was very attentive, explained how to operate the scooter, it was very easy. 2 hours of fun!!! I recommend!!! We'll be back again!

Absolutely terrrible experience! Please don’t spend your money here!
The service was absolutely terrible and so was the tour. Our bikebroke down multiple times. We still haven't gotten our money back,
