Poorly organized, zero communication about initial meet up or contact information.
The vendor that managed this was Boat Trips Club. They were nowhere to be found and no one knows who they were. The contact information was extremely vague. Ended up buying another 2 hour excursion through another company at the marina.
Operator response
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and poor communication.
We would like to clarify that our team had sent you the meeting-point pin location along with the exact dock and gate details in advance. Unfortunately, a network issue affected communication on the day. Once we became aware of the situation, our team assisted you in arranging another excursion at the marina so you could still enjoy your time.
We are deeply sorry for the disruption and appreciate your understanding.
