A two hour sailing in Vestmannaeyjar on a RIB speedboat. During this trip we will sail with you to the most popular islands in our archipelago. You will see the elephant rock, a lot of wildlife, nature, islands and sea caves. You will get to know the history of Vestmannaeyjar and see unique rock formations. In good sea conditions we will even sail to Súlnasker, which is without a doubt the most magnificent island or skerry in Westman islands. The island’s cliffs rises up 60-70 meters and stands on four posts. If we are lucky we will also see some whales and seals. This is a sightseeing tour with a twist as you get an adrenaline kick at the same time on our RIB Boats. Our guides will take good care of you and you will certainly have a blast.
Our office is at Tangagata 7 in Vestmanneyjar - you need to be out our office 30 minutes prior to the trip
We will sail to the small islands in Vestmannaeyjar, into several sea caves, check out the elephant rock, see puffins, kittiwakes, gannets and other sea birds. Then we will head out to the islands that are further away and even to the magnificent gannet island (Súlnasker). We might even spot some whales and seals during this trip.

We had an amazing experience on the RIB boat ride. We were lucky with fantastic weather so that made it very enjoyable. We loved learning all the info about the islands and it was nice having a local Guide. Taking the ferry over the island and doing the rib boat ride was probably the highlight of our trip. Truly beautiful and hard to explain how beautiful these islands are. I would highly recommend putting this on your list of things to do in Iceland.
This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Iceland. The boat was fun and we learned a ton. Our guide was seriously incredible - we loved hearing about rescuing the pufflins - we'd recommend this to anyone traveling to Iceland. My kids also gave this "a billion out of ten!".

Our family had the best time on the RIB boat tour. Our guide Johana was so engaging and knowledgeable and everyone on the boat had an awesome time. Definitely one of the most fun tours we have ever done!

Phenomenal experience. The boat ride itself was fun and comfortable, the views were just incredible, and the tour guides were a blast. The guides brought humor and made it a fun time while also sharing stories and insights about various parts of the island and living here. 2hrs was a great length to really get out there and take everything in. Would not hesitate to recommend this outfit for adventures. Oh and their playlist was fun too.

If you only have time for one thing while visiting Heimaey, this excursion should be it. It has it all: rock formations (more than just Elephant Rock), caves (you actually go into), and lots of puffins. Skimming over the waters with a great playlist made the boat ride fun and the scenery was amazing. There were many stops on the ride and our guide Johanna told great stories at each one. The suits they provided were warm and comfortable. There was no water spray and I never felt cold. I would suggest a pair of light wind resistant gloves if you are someone whose hands get cold.

I can't say enough about this 2 hour trip, except 4 hours! The scenery is breathtaking but the icing was the imprint of our guide and captain: passionate and dedicated toward their land they couldn't bottle in their excitement to share it with us. Knowledgeable, creative, fun and funny. If I'm back in Vestmannaeyjar, I'm doing this trip again!
