Exceptional experience from start to finish.
We go every year and this year was even better than usual, thanks to Captain Kinley. He found out that we are locals, then set a route to see things that locals usually miss. We were with a couple in their late 80's. They needed help getting on an off the boat. Captain Kinley called the crew to help us board. Afterward, the captain of the next boat came to assist us. A beautiful day on the bay. Thank you so much!
This was the best experience ever and a wonderful way to celebrate any occasion or have a staycation moment. I surprised my friends with a 2-hour sailboat tour of the bay. They couldn’t believe it was just us on a 40 ft Catalina. Neither could I! Everything was perfect, the smooth bay, beautiful clouds, the weather, the scenery, and especially our Captain Kinley. He was so chill and we all shared great stories! This is an experience I would do over and over again.
Amazing ride! The boat was perfect. Our captain was fantastic and took us all around, anywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely worth it, big highlight of the trip!
Booked a morning sail with Sail San Diego. Everything was as good as anticipated. Morning parking was easy, check-in was prompt, staff were polite and friendly, dock was easy to locate, and the views and experience was top notch. Highly recommend Sail San Diego!
Amazing experience! I’ve gone sailing with Sail San Diego three times now and every time, it’s amazing. This time, my parents and I went for an early Father’s Day celebration. I was worried 2 hours was going to feel short but it was percent. Captain Kenley was so fun, engaging, knowledgeable, and a skilled captain! 10/10, would go again!
Our guide, Greg, was funny, engaging, and really knowledgeable about the sights on the sail.
Our experience was so memorable! From the start meeting Kate to our lovely captain at the boat. We felt very pampered and enjoying having choices about which direction we’d go. Seeing dolphins, sea lions, so many shore birds and submarines was outstanding! Then coming alongside the coast guard was unexpected and fun.
Pretty amazing experience especially with it being our first time sailing. We had a perfect day with the weather and conditions, our captain Stu was super cool and chill, made the sail a great time! And free beer+seltzers was the icing on the cake, we’re definitely coming back down and doing this exact sale again!
