Our recent trip with Sun Pyramids Tours had some positive aspects, and we appreciate the efforts made. Hidy was responsive to our requests when planning the itinerary, and we value her attempt to incorporate what we asked for, especially given our booking was made only a week in advance. The guides, including Osama, Ambro, and Waleed, were knowledgeable about history, and their enthusiasm was evident. The food provided throughout the tour was generally good. However, we did find the overall cost to be on the higher side, which might have been influenced by our last-minute booking Mahmoud, our driver in Luxor, is the best driver we have ever had. He speaks very good English and he's constantly doing his best to satisfy customers. The car is clean, luxory and comfortable and Mahmoud always ensures cold drinks are available. His kindness makes the difference!

Luxor met all our expectations and we had a really great companion, Omar, who followed, helped and supported us throughout. The agency offered us support and 2 really great guides for visiting the monuments, also we were offered a fantastic sunset felucca ride.

Very good treatment received by Sun Pyramides and everything went according to plan. The Guide was very good and we all ended up very satisfied. Highly recommended and for a future return I will contact them fixed!!

Again fantastic visit to Luxor with Sun Pyramids and its staff. The agreed day and time we were picked up by the friendly representative of the Daif agency in Hurghada to take us to the Luxor hotel in a comfortable minibus. Daif assisted us in receiving the hotel with total professionalism. The next day we made the visit to Luxor, Valley of the Kings, etc. guided by Mohamed, extraordinary Guide who also accompanied us and attended great all day. We were also picked up promptly again by Daif at the hotel to take us to the airport early. Fully satisfied with the service I will not hesitate to repeat with Sun Pyramids.

I recently took a 2-day tour in Luxor, visiting the Karnak and Luxor Temples on the first day, and exploring the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and more on the second day. My tour guide, Samah, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She not only provided insightful explanations but also allowed me some free time to explore on my own, which made the experience feel more relaxed and personal. It wasn’t just a rush from one site to the next. Samah also went above and beyond by assisting with practical needs, like finding an ATM or sun lotion, and even explaining the food options at the buffet. She also gave valuable advice on how to handle scammers and even helped me negotiate in shops, which made me feel more confident in the local markets. On the second day, when we completed the main itinerary earlier than expected, she quickly adapted and came up with additional activities, ensuring the day was still full and enjoyable. I really appreciated her flexibility and resourcefulness.

Limon's Guide explained everything in Japanese and it was very easy to understand. I was able to see the sights comfortably and smoothly by car. I had lunch at Restaurant Paris. Every meal was very good. If you come to Luxor again, I would like a Guide. Thank you for having a great time today.

This was a great trip. Mohamed the Sun Pyramid Tour representative met us at the airport with a sign with my name making us feel comfortable and welcome. From there we met our outstanding driver Mahmoud who drove around safely in his airconditioned SUV for the next two days. Our local tour guide Ms Samah was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and made everything very interesting. It was a fantastic two days, lots of pictures, and great memories. The hotel was first rate and everyone made sure we had everything we needed. I am glad I found Sun Pyramid Tours and booked this tour.

Samha was the best tour guide every. My husband, son and my husband brother came with to luxor. Samha was soooo nice and very knowledgeable

The warmth of the people of Luxor was shown by the company representative Mohamed, driver Saleh and the very knowledgeable guide Ahmed. Although it was Eid holidays, Mohamed took his time out to be with us and Ahmed gave us a fantastic trip to the West Bank on day 1 and East bank on day 2. The tombs at the Valley of Kings and temple of Hatshepsut were explained in detail including quite some intricate pieces. Karnak temple was more than amazing and Ahmed again went to lengths to explain all the different aspects of the temple. We had an awesome time in Luxor. Do take some time to spend at the souq for some very good bargains.
