Pickup Locations & Times
PICKUP IN CUSCO Will coordinate the pick-up with the group leader; will do this from your hotel, lodging, and Airbnb, for which the passenger must provide the exact address and reference; the pick-up time is usually at 7:00 am for the different routes. RETURN TO CUSCO The return from the city of Machupicchu requires absolute punctuality for the transportation organization, for which we will provide all the return details. We buy the train tickets usually for 2:55 pm so that you can arrive at 7:00 pm in the city of Cusco. Consider the time delay due to traffic in the city of Cusco. The return includes transportation and transfers; we will be pending any change or delay in transportation and train services.

I had a fantastic two day tour of Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley with Alfredo. Alfredo took care of all the details and logistics, including the car and driver, the train tickets, the hotel, and Machu Picchu and other site's entry tickets. It was so nice to have everything arranged and to not have to worry about anything. He was very attentive and so helpful, including carrying my heavy bag most of the time! The driver William was also very kind and helpful. At the sites, Alfredo took the time to explain many details and provide information on the history, culture etc. He also paused and waited for me as I was feeling the altitude and moving quite slowly, especially in the places with a lot of steps to climb! Finally, he arranged stops in some great restaurants where I could sample the local cuisine. All in all I felt expertly guided and supported and it resulted in a beautiful experience seeing a wonder of the world and the surrounding area. My heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Alfredo and Wari Tours for the experience of a lifetime!
This trip exceeded my expectations. Alfie did an amazing job with schedule changes due to weather, answering questions and keeping us educated. His professional and witty humor kept us on our toes. I would definitely make this trip again!
Our guide, Alfie, was amazing. The trip was amazing. We felt safe and taken care of. The rain caused some changes but everything that was planned was spectacular. Alfie was an amazing guide and translator and very encouraging and supportive for the difficult hikes. He was like a support system! Definitely recommend.
