A great hospitable experince on Day 1 of Tokyo

A great hospitable experince on Day 1 of Tokyo. I planned this trip last minute- All the package trip from S. Korea was sold out and before my family had to head back to the U.S, I really wanted to have a glimpse of Japan. I found a good flight deal on 8/3 around noon, booked a flight, packed up and flew to Japan that evening. I was worried about not planning for anything except for a flight and a hotel, but booking a trip with Subaru made everything good! He showed us how to buy a train ticket and to ride subway from the aurport. He prepared origami and nintendo game for kids in case they get bored during a train ride. Kids loved the fishing game he introduced at the market and didnt want to leave. He was very flexible and witty enough to adapt to changes to our situations and did everyhthing to accomodate. Thank you very much and we will miss spending time with you! Thank you for making a greate memory on our 1st day in Tokyo ♡

Operator response

It brings us immense joy to know that Subaru could take all your worries away and provide such a hospitable experience right from the airport. We are incredibly proud of his thoughtful preparation—from helping you navigate the train system to keeping the kids entertained with origami and Nintendo games! Hearing that your children loved the fishing game at the market and that Subaru's flexibility made your day so smooth is exactly the kind of service our team strives to provide. Thank you for trusting Michitabi with your precious family time before heading back to the U.S. Hope you have a great time in the rest of your trip! Arigatou! Warm regards, Michitabi Team

Great experience with great guide!

Great experience! Minor issue with an uncontrollable incident but it was made right. Our guide, Subaru, was great! He was great with children and had fun things to do in between places or while in transit for them. I would do it again. This was a very accommodating experience. Very customized. Even when things were not going right, it was corrected or readjusted to make for a great experience! I highly recommend Subaru and this service!
