So easy. I was met by Ivy shortly after exiting the aircraft. With her assistance I breezed through immigration and we proceeded to baggage claim where she assisted me in retrieving my over-sized baggage that wasn't loaded onto the carousel. This was a simply efficient process that was well worth the cost.

Everything worked out wonderfully, pickup directly at the plane, escort through the really very large airport in Bangkok, check-in and security check to the lounge. A really great and very friendly service that I can recommend to anyone who wants to start or end a trip without stress or rush. Absolutely recommended, we would book it again anytime.
We had booked this service from Germany upon arrival in Bangkok for a further transfer flight to Phuket. It was exactly as described, a very friendly welcome at the plane, then it continued to immigration as well as to the baggage claim to then subsequently check in again for the next flight. At no time did we need to worry about anything; everything was taken care of by the assistant. We can recommend this service without reservation and would book it ourselves again anytime, as it makes arriving much more relaxed. Many thanks to the entire team, especially to the assistant who accompanied us.

everything went well
We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :)

Best money spent
Best money spent.
The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Meet and greet didn’t happen
Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
