We would like to clarify a few important details regarding the service you purchased versus the experience you described: Service Tier Booked: You purchased our Standard Fast-Track Service. As explicitly stated on our website and in your confirmation voucher sent on June 3rd, the Standard tier does not include a gate meet-and-greet or luggage assistance. Guests are required to walk to our designated airport counter to meet their guide. Gate meet-and-greets, luggage assistance etc are strictly exclusive to our VIP Fast-Track Service. The Guide Interaction: Our staff did not shove paperwork at you; our coordinator was verifying your identity to ensure the correct passenger was being served. Our records show that you verified your details and signed the service completion voucher. Service Delivery: Despite your initial misunderstanding regarding the meeting point, our guide successfully escorted you through the fast-track immigration lane, fulfilling the exact service that was booked and paid for. We pride ourselves on transparency, and all tier inclusions are clearly outlined prior to booking.
