When you submitted your reservation, the flight number provided was AI2972—a domestic flight within India (Pune to Delhi) rather than an international flight arriving in Thailand. Upon noticing this error, our team messaged you three separate times prior to your travel date to obtain your correct flight details so we could assign your guide (see reference screenshot: https://www.pasteboard.co/72d7_hL16suC.png). Unfortunately, we received no response from you. While it is the guest's responsibility to provide accurate flight details so our staff can coordinate airport entry, we have processed a refund for your booking following your scheduled travel date of August 12th.
