この島と古い交易所は 深刻な食料の血統を持ってる アジア各地からの影響と、その外の影響によって、ここの料理は真に独創的なものに進化してきました。 プーケットタウンがユネスコの「美食の街2017」に選ばれたのもそのためです。 ビーチの浮浪者になりたくなりますが、砂浜から引きずり降りた人たちは、最大8人の特別なゲストからなる小さなグループで島の味の秘密を発見します。 パッドタイとグリーンカレーは忘れろ セントラルタイ料理だ 驚きを台無しにしたくないが、薪焚きナンでモルセルを拭き取り、燻ったホッキエン麺を丼ごとすすり、濃厚なタマリンドソースで絞ったポーピアロールに箸を回し、一人では見つけるのに苦労するであろう場所で、もっと唇を叩くようなおいしい味を味わうために、よだれを垂らす準備をする。

- 通常のツアーは午前10時と午前10時30分に催行し、午後12時30分にツアーを追加することもあります。 12:30pmのみマーケット内へは入りません（ただし、それより早いツアー時間は入ります！）。 屋台の屋台も休暇を取るので、プーケットのフードツアーがすべて同じとは限りませんが、恐れ入りませんが、ツアーは常に良いものが詰まっています！

I am already making plans of when to return to Phuket next! Thank you to Ms Lucky for not only showing me the best of Southern Flavours but also telling me so much about Phuket, Thailand and all the neighbouring areas. Her knowledge is commendable and so valuable. I can’t recommend this tour to visitors enough. She really takes you on a tour of all of South East Asia and not just Phuket with how she talks about the food and culture. If you’re in Phuket, this has to be on your list.
Cat was amazing! She made the tour so much fun and she gave us a lot of information. Overall, it was a 10/10 tour!

We had the best time ever on the food tour with Lucky! We were *lucky* enough to be the only two people in our group, which made the experience feel especially personal and memorable. This was by far the most beautiful, educational, and authentic experience we’ve had so far. Lucky was incredibly funny, knowledgeable, and passionate about everything she shared with us. She also took the most amazing photos throughout the experience! If you’re looking for something that feels local and authentic while learning more about the culture, you should absolutely attend this tour. The price was completely worth it, and everything we tried tasted amazing! We’ll be talking about this experience for years to come. Thank you, Lucky, for giving us such a beautiful experience. We can’t wait to visit again!
This was a great tour. Cat, our guide, was very knowledgeable, and she was a delight. We learned so much and enjoyed the food that we tasted. Wonderful experience! The picture shows a local cooking naan in a stone oven (on the roof of the oven!)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Southern Flavors Phuket Food Tour. Gigi was a wonderful guide — knowledgeable, warm and very accommodating throughout the tour. Everything was well organised, and we loved being able to try such a wide variety of local food in places we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. There was plenty to eat, so definitely come hungry and bring a good appetite! Gigi also made the experience very easy and enjoyable, sharing interesting information along the way without making it feel rushed or overly structured. A fantastic way to experience Phuket through its food. We had a great time and would happily recommend this tour to anyone visiting Phuket.
