We’d like to clarify that our tour is a private, all-inclusive experience, so the price covers more than the entrance fees alone. It includes private transportation, an English-speaking guide, entrance fees, and the convenience of having the itinerary arranged and operated exclusively for your group. The price also reflects the service provided and the arrangements made specifically for a private tour. Regarding the queue service at Ma Doo Bua (Waterlily Cafe), conditions can vary from day to day, and unfortunately, we cannot always predict how busy it will be. We offer this option for guests’ convenience, particularly when visitor numbers are higher, but it is entirely optional. Guests may choose whether or not they would like to use it based on their preferences and the conditions on the day. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the temples and the overall experience. We’re sorry that the attractions did not meet your expectations, as we understand that the value of a tour can be very subjective depending on what each guest is looking for.
