Great experience. She was waiting for me with a sign right when I stepped off the plane. I was walked right up to the immigration counter with zero people in front of me. She then escorted me to the luggage carousel and then through customs while helping me with my luggage all of the way to ride share.

Great service, everything was just as advertised, met us as we got off the plane guide us through immigration with no waiting at all, guided to the baggage claim where another person was getting our bags off the belt and loading them onto a trolley and then took us to our transport. Overall it was seamless experience and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

It was fast getting through immigration and he walked us to iur gate but he walked way to fast for the elderly people in our group and never stayed with us or communicated very well. Our arrival team into Bangkok the week before was much friendlier and accommodating.

my flight was delayed and they never checked and came to the flight that i wasn’t on and never came to the flight i got bumped to. no way of me telling them and they just don’t check so basically they will rob you if your flight gets delayed. terrible service! what service doesn’t check the flights to see. waiting for a refund still

While we take all reviews seriously, we must clarify the facts regarding your booking, as essential details have been omitted from your account: You booked our Fast-Track service for a specific flight, and our guide was assigned and deployed to meet you precisely on time according to those confirmed details. This was with Etihad airlines. However, you did not arrive on that flight. You have repeatedly stated that we failed to wait for a delayed flight. This is incorrect. The flight you originally booked and confirmed with us was not delayed. Instead, your flight details changed while you were in transit, and you arrived on a completely different flight number. You sent us a message via chat stating: "i just landed my flight was delayed they put me on a later flight Jonathan Jun 10, 2026, 05:57 AM". You noted that we should have checked with the airline regarding your status. Please understand that due to strict privacy and security protocols, airlines will never contact a tour operator or disclose whether a specific passenger is onboard a flight. It is entirely the customer's responsibility to notify us of any itinerary changes. Because you did not notify us of your new flight number until after you had already landed, our guide had already attended your originally scheduled flight and cleared the gate when you failed to appear. We monitor flights closely for actual schedule delays, but we cannot track or meet a completely different flight unless the passenger proactively informs us of the change. I almost got arrested by the immigration officer. On the ad picture it shows that there will be cart which will pick us up, and there wasnt any. The lady who was hodling our name was nice and walked us to AIRPORT CREW LINE. There is no VIP section that i saw. The person who escorted us told us to go to the airport crew line and left us. The immigration officer pulled me on the side was about to get arrested. I protested and I told her that I paid for this service. Then I was moved to another line and waited behind bunch of other people. THERE IS NO VIP SERVICE. Their picture is a lie with cart and the VIP LINE.

The golf cart is a premium add-on clearly labeled as a distinct product tier on our booking page. We did also send you confirmation on the May 21, 2026, 12:17 PM. The "Crew/Priority" Lane: At Suvarnabhumi Airport, the "Fast-Track" service utilizes the official Priority Lane, which is shared by Diplomats, and First/Business Class passengers. There is no separate "VIP Only" lane in the airport; our service provides you legal access to this restricted lane to bypass the general public queues. Our guide did walk you to this line and remained waiting for you at the exit while you spoke with the immigration official. Immigration Interaction: While our service provides legal access to the Priority Lane, Thai Immigration officers are government officials who perform their duties independently. If an officer chooses to ask for further documentation or pulls a passenger aside for routine questioning, our staff must respect their authority and cannot interfere with passport control protocols. Our fast-track service is fully legitimate, authorized, and coordinated with airport authorities—as reflected in the thousands of positive reviews from our travelers. Efficient, courteous, very speedy. From the plane landing to departing the airport with the booked driver, along with retrieving hold luggage took less than 60 minutes. The staff were well organised and well trained.
