This service was wonderful and well worth it. The staff is so kind and friendly. This saved us a lot of time in the immigration line, especially after a delayed flight and wanting to get to our hotel. Do yourself the favor and book this.

Paid for fast track service. Nobody show up at my gate to pick me up or help me with fast track. Nobody show up

Fast Track services require valid arrival flight details so our airport team can assign and position a guide to meet you upon landing. When your reservation was made, no flight information was included. Our team proactively reached out to request these missing details, but we unfortunately received no reply (please see proof here: https://www.pasteboard.co/XMUFdpNTGq8K.png Because airport priority entry cannot be arranged without arrival flight numbers—which must be provided by the guest—we were unable to operate your service. It was very bad for me. I can't describe what happened when the company contacted me and I was already in the check-in with 12 bags and nobody contacted me on WhatsApp early enough after that the guy comes. Already I check in. After five minutes I meet him. He can't do anything for me so it's very bad really, the experience.

However, we would like to clarify what was included in your specific booking: Buggy Service: You booked our VIP Fast-Track Entry service only, which does not include electric cart transport. There is an add on to include Buggy which you did not select. Baggage Delivery: Luggage delivery is managed entirely by your airline and airport ground handlers. It is completely independent of our Fast-Track service and beyond our control. Ground Transport: You did not book any airport transfers or ground transport with us. Our guide’s duty was to assist you through priority immigration and escort you to the arrivals hall, where they safely left you. Our team fulfilled 100% of the Fast-Track service you purchased by ensuring a smooth, expedited passport control process.
