Our tour guide, Ms, 林 was incredibly reliable and provided us with very detailed and informative explanations throughout the tour. I am currently learning Chinese, and she was kind enough to teach us some Chinese as well. She was very knowledgeable, and I learned so much from her. She was also extremely kind and even bought coffee for us when we were unable to purchase it for ourselves. Despite our many requests, both Mrs 林and the driver were always very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to them, this tour became a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a truly unforgettable memory. Thank you so much for making our trip so special!

Very interesting tour which let us see many things in one day, with a competent guide who took care of everything for us

Our tour to Zhujiajiao Water Town, Suzhou, and the silk factory was a wonderful experience. Zhujiajiao was charming, with its beautiful canals, ancient bridges, and traditional atmosphere. Suzhou was equally impressive, with its rich history, elegant gardens, and lovely old streets. Visiting the silk factory was fascinating, and we learned so much about the traditional silk-making process. Everything was very well organized, and our tour guide, Lea, was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions. Her explanations made every stop even more interesting, and she ensured that everyone had a great time throughout the day. The entire tour was enjoyable, informative, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai who wants to experience the beauty and culture of the surrounding region. It was exactly what we were looking for: an insightful tour with fascinating background information, thanks to our fantastic guide, comfortable travel in a luxurious van, and an incredible number of sights and experiences packed into a single day. We were able to choose from a variety of points of interest and tailor the itinerary to our preferences, which made the entire day smooth, relaxing, and perfectly suited to us. A very special thank you to our guide, who was absolutely outstanding. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also made the day a lot of fun with her friendly personality and great sense of humor. We truly enjoyed spending the day with her and would highly recommend this tour.

Melinda was a great guide. This was our second tour in Shanghai booked with Sunny Private tours. The tour organization and communication is excellent. Our first tour with Sunny was Shanghai city night tour and was excellent. This tour was also superb. Our family opinion is this is the best value, comfort and easiest way to use your time and enjoy China. The Water town is a lovely place to walk with our guide Melinda. River Boat ride, Tea in cat cafe, souvenirs , then trip to large city Suzhou and local heritage garden , lunch and long drive home.

We had a lovely family day trip to Zhujiajiao and Suzhou yesterday and our guide Michelle was so nice and super helpful throughout the day! She speaks great English and she was patient waiting for us when we kept stopping to purchase things or whenever we needed to communicate with local vendors. She was extra helpful as our train tickets got canceled and she offered to help us purchase new ones. We really appreciated it. I recommend this tour as it takes you to 2 very romantic spots that are great for photos and unforgettable memories. We were picked up at our hotel on time, driven in a very comfortable and spacious car; and also appreciated the smooth driving of our driver. Highly recommended!

My husband and I want to thank Michelle, our guide, VERY MUCH for a WONDERFUL day together due to Michelle’s great knowledge concerning all the places she has shown us today. Michelle made a very great effort to trie to answer all our many questions we had. We had so many interessting talks about history and cultur, the great Chinese language and so many other topics more. Michelle has been so kind and patient with us all day long. Michelle also made a great effort ordering a delicious lunch for us. Michelle and our friendly driver were a very good team and arranged a smooth transport all dag long.
