We were shown all the highlights by Judy, and Alana booked the tour for us. Alana was responsive and quick, got everything arranged for us with zero hassle. Judy was great, super knowledgeable, never rushed us, always checking in id we wanted to stop off somewhere if needed more food etc. gave us the best places to stop for food and was an absolute delight , so good that we did a 2nd tour with them the following day and we were shown around by Kalvin who was equally great. Will rebook with these guys when I am back

We had a wonderful time on this private Shanghai city tour with Kalvin! I did the tour with my family, and it was such an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The van that picked us up was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made getting around the city very easy. Kalvin was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We learned a lot about Shanghai throughout the tour, and we never felt rushed. The tour was originally supposed to be four hours, but even after our scheduled time was up, Kalvin continued taking us to additional spots so we could see all of the important sights. We really appreciated him going above and beyond for us. Our tour was also upgraded to include a dumpling tasting and a tea ceremony, which were both fun additions and made the experience even more memorable. This tour was definitely worth it and was a great way to see and experience Shanghai, especially if you want to cover a lot of the city without feeling rushed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this tour and Kalvin!

This tour was absolutely brilliant! If you want a good introduction to Shanghai and the popular spots, you’ll absolutely get it with the benefit of someone knowing exactly where to go and the history of the different locations. Also loved that it was a private tour because it was comfortable for ourselves and our almost 3 year old twin toddlers. Our guide Xin was super kind, helpful and informative - she would often take the helm and push one stroller for us. Thank you for a great tour, we loved it! And thank you too for showing us the best dumpling spot in Shanghai.

My guide can speak English very well. He was very kind & gentle. He got broad knowledge about China history. Car was very clean. Driver had good driving skills. I'm quite pleased.

This is definitely a must!! Can’t leave Shanghai without doing this tour. We had such an amazing experience on our 4-hour tour with Snow and our amazing driver! From the very beginning, they made everything smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable, setting the perfect tone for the day. Our driver was excellent safe, patient, and very accommodating, especially when navigating different stops and ensuring we had plenty of time to take in the views and take photos. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and engaged. She also helped us capture great photos and pointed out hidden details we would have otherwise missed. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. Our driver was excellent safe, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire tour. Snow was wonderful as well, making sure we were comfortable, informed, and enjoying every moment of the experience. They both went above and beyond to make our tour enjoyable, and their excellent customer service really stood out. Alana from the tour company was an excellent communicator - when my WeChat wouldn’t work we were able to communicate via text. She helped us meet up with our guide Kalvin when we started out in the wrong spot. Kalvin was an excellent guide. Out Didi driver dropped us off in the wrong location and Kalvin found us quickly with Alana’s help. The tour of old town & Yu gardens was great. Kalvin was very knowledgeable about Shanghai’s ancient and near history - giving lots of perspective about the changes and developments over time. He helped us to find a chopstick store where we could get chopsticks personalized. We wanted to try some local Chinese food so he got us a great sampling and when the restaurant was out of xiao long bao, even went to another restaurant to get some for us. He had a driver arranged to take us to the Shanghai tower, teaching us lots about the development of Pudong over the past 30 years. We went us the tower to the viewing floor (tickets not included in tour price) and came up with us to point out all the sights. We had finished up at the Bund where he advised we could hang out for lights at 7pm, or take the driver back to our hotel. Kalvin offered a very personalized and interesting insight into Shanghai - he instantly made my non-Chinese speaking family feel at ease. Overall recommend 100% - I wish we had more than 4 hours with him. Don’t hesitate to ask for Kalvin!
