We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Feifei! She was very knowledgeable, well-educated, spoke perfect English, and shared so much interesting information with us. She was also very friendly and welcoming. The tour gave us a very good understanding of Shanghai, its history, and culture. We really enjoyed our time with Feifei and highly recommend her as a tour guide!

We had such a wonderful day exploring Shanghai with Clair! From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great experience. We loved getting to see both the old and new sides of Shanghai, and having Clair with us made the day so much more meaningful. She shared interesting stories and information along the way, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel relaxed rather than rushed. By the end of the day, it felt like we had spent the day exploring Shanghai with a friend rather than just taking a tour. Clair was truly wonderful, and we would happily book another tour with her. She made our time in Shanghai extra special. Highly recommend!

Best tour so far in China, really love visiting all the emblematic places in Shanghai, the tour guide was really accommodating, welcoming, very heartwarming and patient even when we were a little bit tired, I will definitely book again this tour, it was all inclusive, 10/10

Where do we begin?! Our tour guide, Meimei, picked us up at our hotel in a beautiful luxury electric minivan, and from there, we spent an incredible full 8 hours exploring the very best of Shanghai. We fell in love with the beautiful people and country while in Shanghai We truly got to experience it all in one day! From the peaceful Jade Temple to Chinatown, the beautiful Yu Garden, the Bund, the French Concession, and Nanjing Road, Meimei made sure we didn’t miss any of Shanghai’s highlights. The day was perfectly organized, comfortable, and seamless. Meimei was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. It was amazing how much we were able to see and experience in just one day without ever feeling rushed. If you want to see the best of Shanghai and make the most of your time, we highly recommend this tour and especially Meimei as your guide. We literally got to see all of Shanghai in one unforgettable day! We now consider Meimei our local forever friend in Shanghai for life. The tour operator Sunny is the best in the business. We chose this tour over other options based on the high 5 star reviews and were not let down. She is truly the best there is! Highly recommend this tour.

I travel with my Mum who uses a wheelchair. Our guide was a gem and ensured we were well taken care off. Communication was clear and the tour customisable. Lunch included was very good and her English was good and I had no issues. Doing a private tour is useful to non Chinese speaking customers who want a customised experience with an experienced guide. A day before the trip, the company also reached out to me to confirm the timing and pick up venue. Driver was also professional and assisted my family well. Highly recommended.

I had a great time with Lea during my private city tour of Shanghai. The experience included visits to the Jade Buddha Temple, followed by historical sites like the French Concession and Old Town. Lea was very accommodating of my requests making the experience even better and the hotel pickup and drop off was also easy. I would highly recommend this tour if you're wanting to explore Shanghai.

I booked a private tour for my son and me because I am tired of tours making you go where they want you to go, but not necessarily where I want to go. This tour advertised just what we wanted: the Shanghai Zoo and Zhujiajiao Water Town. Michael was our guide and promptly picked us up at our hotel with Mr. Lu, our driver. Michael spoke perfect English and liked to joke, which made the experience so much fun. We loved the zoo and appreciated that Michael stayed with us to ensure we saw the animals we wanted and then got us back to Mr. Lu. We then relaxed in our deluxe vehicle while on the drive to the water town. We had a wonderful lunch at a lovely restaurant right on the water. Lots of food, with particular pride taken in serving the multitude of plates by the ladies who have worked there for years. We really enjoyed the boat ride and walking up the aisles of small businesses. So many unique things to buy at great prices. I wish I had bought more when I was there. The day ended after about 6 hours, which was perfect because it wasn't too long. This was the best money we spent on a private tour. So much better than having to see things we didn't want to see and being out longer than we wanted. I booked directly with the operator and was very pleased with the quick response.

Fei Fei of Sunny tours was my guide who was very knowledgable about all tour sites and spoke eloquent english. I enjoyed Yuyuan old street and Yu Garden chinese architecture and the back stories. Jade Buddha temple had amazing beautiful statutes and many prayers were displayed. The sichuan cuisine lunch was delicious and fresh food. Pork cabbage, beef noodle, and sticky rice very tasty. Silk museum was very interesting as well. Nanjing walking street, Shanghai Tower,and Bund for photo opportunities did not dissapoint also. It was all inclusive and the driver and vehicle was excellent.

Annie was an amazing guide. Our day took some eventful twists and turns and she was able to navigate with ease!!!! Would definitely recommend the tour and the guide.

Great way of experiencing Shanghai in a day. All the major sites that we wanted to see were included. Our tour guide Wing was excellent.
