When I booked I spent a long time talking with a person who helped make my reservation. I had asked for round trip transportation to and from HNL Airport. If I asked once I asked ten times if the price was for round trip and each time I was assured it was round trip. I was given a price of $261.78 for a round trip private car for 6 people. Much to my surprise it was for a one way transport. Very disappointing.

Return my money please
They took our money but did not pick us up from the airport. My husband pays for a pick up from the airport and they did not pick up my family we had to pay a taxi $60 to drop us from the airport to the hotel

Hello, Viator doesn´t shows your booking reference number to check your reservation. Anyway if the service was not provided you are already full refunded.

We had a wonderful experience with Hiroko! She welcomed me and my mom to Hawaii in style!
Our driver greeted us at baggage claim, assisted with our luggage and delivered us safely to our destination.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Hiroko in the luxurious Lincoln Navigator!

First class service - start to finish!
Our driver was amazing! Called ahead and let us know which baggage claim to go to upon arrival, had a sign ready and waiting with a luggage cart and the Escalade was ready and waiting, clean and cooled off! She gave us a mini tour, gave fabulous recommendations and was so great!! I will definitely be using this company again in our next visit. First class experience all the way!!
