Great communication and easy transfer from port to hotel. Thanks again. Danny was a great driver and shared good information.
Aloha Allen, thank you for the kind review. We’re glad Danny made your cruise port transfer easy, communicated clearly, and shared helpful local information along the way. Mahalo for choosing Paradise Hawaii Tours.
Excellent communication from driver. Quick and easy trip to cruise port. Highly recommend this company.
Mahalo Shannon! We’re glad communication was smooth and your cruise port transfer was quick and easy.
Driver was on time, professional, and very helpful. Vehicle was extremely clean and driver communicated location of pickup a day in advance along with a photo. Safe driver and great experience.
outstanding customer service! we had an issue during the trip. they refunded the. cost of the trip quickly and reimbursed one of us for damage to our luggage. the driver was excellent with communication and very apologetic. i would book with this company again despite the issues we had
The driver was extremely helpful in coming earlier than booked as our time changed getting off the ship. Helpful with the luggage even taking it up the ramp st the hotel.
Ethan, our driver, was fantastic! We had (a lot) more luggage than expected for 4 of us, and he didn't complain, helped with all of it. He somehow made it fit and got us comfortably to the port. He was early, too, which was great for us, but he also wasn't rushing us. I'm so happy we booked this in advance and didn't have to stress about taxis or rides. The communication day before was excellent, so again, no worries that everything was all set. Thanks!
Driver arrived before time. She was polite courteous and friendly. She was an excellent safe driver. The SUV was very well maintained.
Not a problem with our transfer. Was contacted 24 hours before via wonderful driver Jackie, confirming detailed arrangements, and he was waiting for us as we exited the cruise terminal. Thank you so much Jackie!
After returning the rental car our driver James was very patient in helping us to find his location at the airport. We had plenty of space for six adults and our luggage.
Communication with Driver and customer service was above and beyond! James was wonderful and was very helpful when we arrived at the cruise terminal as well. Definitely will use and recommend this service
