We scheduled 2 trips. From the airport in Honolulu they got a 5. With pickup emails and a great driver. For the trip from the hotel to the cruise ship they get a 1. We got a confirmation email the day before, then nothing. Ended up sharing a cab with an Australian couple. The tour company was 365 Tour Hawaii, then Viator, then TripAdvisor at the top of this chain. Would I use any of them again, I don’t know. We do not need the stress.
Car was on time. Driver was very helpful.
Our driver provided good communication the day prior to our airport transfer Luxury vehicle exceptional standard and service. Thank you will definitely use next time in waikiki. Highly recommended.
Leo our driver was great with communication. Luxury Vehicle very smooth and comfortable transfer.thank you.
Eric was wonderful- had an early arrival and then delay with luggage pick up but he patiently waited and helped with lots of bags! Highly recommend.
Our driver Eric made it extremely clear how to navigate the airport and find him. Since we had never been to Hawaii, we arranged a time 2 hours after we were scheduled to land. Our driver asked for our flight info and was waiting for us when our flight arrived early. Such an excellent experience.
Excellent communication prior to arrival. Beautifully clean SUV, very efficient driver! Great experience!
