Excellent service. Person was at baggage claim waiting when I arrived
Mahalo for your review! We’re happy to hear your airport pickup was smooth and that your driver was waiting at baggage claim.
They showed up when we got to baggage pickup. Which was great because our plane arrived early. James found us, handled our luggage and loaded the van. Took us to the hotel and explained where our check in was. Definitely recommend.
Excellent service! Driver was waiting for us and communicated the pick up location. I would definitely use this service again!
Driver Danny was on time and drive went very smooth. Nice tips for the holiday. Price is also very fair. Mahalo Danny!
They confirmed the puck up the day before. The driver was prompt and we made it safely to Honolulu Airport. We will definitely use them again if we're not renting a car.
Excellent communication - contacted me before my flight then was waiting with my name as soon as I arrived at luggage collection
Everything is so easy no stress Very nice driver we were late in to the airport waiting patiently at the doors Vehicle clean gave us water on arrival Trip into Waikiki pleasant Thank you
The driver contacted me before the flight. Before I landed received a text from the driver stating that he would be at the baggage claim area. Driver was waiting at the baggage claim with a sign. He helped with our luggage and got us to our hotel safely.
Well worth the money after a 17 hour flight. Our Driver was always in touch and exactly where he said he would be. Polite and helpful, but mindful of how tired we were and respected our privacy. The vehicle was spotless. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Would definitely use them again.
