We missed our check in time because we couldn’t get a taxi. They were so accommodating and told us not to worry. The view was amazing and the lagoon is so relaxing. If we make it back to Iceland this will be a definite stop.

Very convenient to Reykjavik - 15 minute taxi ride. Very well organised. We arrived 40 minutes early and were let in straight away. Loved the 7 steps. Did not use the water bar but lots of people seemed to be enjoying champagne and cocktails. It is different to the blue lagoon in taht the water is clear and there is no silt so a little more ' manufactured' but that did not take away from the experience.

I believe this is experience should be an only adult event. Saying that, I really enjoyed this and could see myself here for almost all day. It is a true spa experience. My husband I paid for the 7 step ritual. First we showered and changed into our bathing suit. Then we entered the lagoon right after leaving the shower. The presentation was phenomenal and the lava rocks with the warm water over flowing seeing the ocean was extremely relaxing. I needed this after no vacations for a long time. I was breathing in the steam coming from the water watching the ocean over the infinity pool. After sitting in there for about thirty minutes, I entered the cold plunge before entering the spa. We went into the sauna and it was supposed to be a quiet place but was easily disturbed bc people are just inconsiderate and wanted to talk the whole time. It was really nice when they were not talking and I was watching the ocean while being baked in the sauna. Then we went over to cool mist, it felt like cold rain, still you should embrace this. Then we went and scrubbed down our body with an amazing lemony scent scrub. I sat in the steam room for about 10 minutes to get it to really absorb. Then there was a shower afterwards and Wow my skin felt so amazing. My psoriasis has healed up after this treatment. I have had an issue with my legs fore over a year now. I will revisit this place because it is truly a unique experience. After the shower we had crowberry juice. There is a bar in the lagoon, and a restroom beside the bar. There is a waterfall in the lagoon and this area gets very congested. I really enjoyed the experience I just hope I don't end up on someone's stupid tiktock bc there is a lot of video taking and pictures. It was a very relaxing experience and my skin is so soft. Thank you. I bought the conditioner from their line of products and the body scrub. I have already told my friend back home she should come to Iceland with her significant other for a spa weekend with this place as a first stop. I wish they would expand their brand to America. Thank you and I really enjoyed the experience besides the YouTube and ticktock. They really should calm down. People still need to be able to come here and enjoy the experience without this.

The Sky lagoon was amazing the seven day ritual such a beautiful experience I actually purchased the body scrub left my skin feeling so soft for days. I also purchased the tea after the ritual, I drank tea which was the end to a relaxing spa day.

Wonderful experience. Booked for arrival day. Very relaxing and beautiful. 7 step ritual was great. Recommend not rushing this - can only do it once. Relax and enjoy each step. You are able to do the cold plunge as many times as you want and stay in the lagoon as long as desired. Changing and shower areas are single sex and there are doors on the showers. We did the less expensive option and felt there was plenty of privacy for showering and changing.

We had tickets which meant we had private changing rooms. Everything was very well organised and explained at each step. We enjoyed the seven step ritual , I wish we had managed to stay in the plunge pool for longer so we were cold enough to have more time in the beautiful sauna. You can’t go back in again but I can see why. The lagoon was stunning and gazing out to sea in the warm waters is an amazing experience. My only tip would be to take sunglasses if the weather is good ( I think you can also get them there) It is a short drive from central Reykjavik and even though it got busier while we were there ( a Friday evening) it didn’t ever feel too crowded

Brilliant experience, well exceeded our expectations. Changing rooms were so clean and individual with a shower inside. Water was blissfully clear and amazing views. Would go back for sure

This is how we began our day in Reykjavik after traveling overnight, and I wouldn't have started it any other way. The staff were very pleasant, and the experience was spectacular. Although the lagoon is nice enough on its own, I'm so glad we also included the 7-step ritual as part of our experience. Each phase is refreshing in its own way, and the view from the sauna room is breathtaking! Although it was just my wife and I, I wouldn't see this being a problem for a family either. Our girls are ages 6-11, and they would have all enjoyed this as much as we did!

Definitely worth doing. It was our last day in Iceland and we really enjoyed ourselves. However, the locker room attendant was really unhelpful and rude in women’s restroom, hence the 4 stars.
