From buongiorno to ciao, a very special day! A first time solo traveller, my private tour of Ravenna was made truly memorable by the company of Ilaria, a delightful, friendly, knowledgeable guide, fluent in English... important with my non-existent Italian! Expertly assisted by the skills of our driver, Gabriel, I felt at ease. I was introduced to a town of treasures hidden behind unassuming walls, historically significant monuments, yet still offering select boutiques, eateries amidst hidden private residences. The tour was both captivating and at times touchingly spiritual. Organised and perfectly timed, with a delightful guide at hand... I highly recommend this company.
