Well maintained International Airport
Visited during travel to Shanghai. Well maintained airport with multiple terminals and good connectivity to international locations. This is second airport in China. Staff is very supportive and has sufficient signage to navigate from entry till boarding. Airport restaurant mostly have menu in chinese which can be inconvenient

Wonderful, professional service
I highly recommend this booking. The operator communicated well leading up to my trip confirming special details and the driver was kind, prompt and professional.

Excellent experience
My driver had to wait an extra hour due to a delay in baggage and clearing Customs. It was no problem, and we had a long drove together to the other side of Shanghai to the other. He spoke excellent English (which isn't usually the case) and was very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this service to anyone!
