I had an issue with my flight and had to change the pickup time. All it took was a quick message to the company to make he change. The driver was very prompt at the new time and got me to the correct location at the departure gates. Couldn’t have been better.
This is the only way I would travel to China. It took the stress out of everything. I felt safe the whole trip.
Excellent service, on time and precise... the only issue is that driver did not speak English for any questions, but nothing to do with service
Clean car. Driver was on time. The entire experience was seamless and given that navigating China is difficult if you don't know the Chinese language. No apps in English for ride shares. Viator was vital on this trip, and it all worked out well.
The driver is punctual and friendly, safe driving too. The car is spacious and comfortable. Will book again if going to Shanghai again :)
Viator met us with sign as promised and has speedy and safe drive (2 people an luggage) to hotel; very nice driver and clean cool car

<p>Driver pick up was excellent. A suggestion for improvement would be rather than just a local phone number as a contact to arrange pick up at the hotel where English is not spoken, use an e-mail option to arrange for time of hotel pick up.</p>
