You chose the 9‑seater upgrade voluntarily. We never intend to overcharge or take advantage of our guests. The extra costs were only for an additional vehicle or a larger vehicle – both necessary because your luggage was larger than our standard size. International travel always involves luggage, which is exactly why we clearly state our luggage size limits to avoid such situations.
