Flight arrived early. I walked towards pickup point supplied by the App. It was wrong. The agent messaged and I provided my location with photo. I was told that I was not there (?). Eventually the driver arrived. No listening, no apology, they seemed to think it was my fault.
I am truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had. After reviewing your case, I want to be clear: this was not your fault. The pickup point shown in the App was incorrect — that is our system error. Our staff should have guided the driver to you based on the photos and location you shared, instead of telling you that you were "not there." The driver's rude attitude and lack of apology are unacceptable, and we have addressed this with our local team. We have already corrected the pickup point in our system to prevent this from happening again.
We booked this transfer to and from the airport in shanghai. We are a family of 5. When transfer came they could not fit our luggage into van .we had to wait and PAY for another van to come and bring us to hotel. On the way home they charged me 80 dollars for a bigger van so we could travel together. Very very disappointing and a rip off. Who doesn't have luggage on an international flight ,

According to our policy, this vehicle fits 5 passengers and 5 pieces of 24‑inch luggage. However, your luggage was 36 inches – much larger than the standard size. That is why the luggage did not fit upon arrival. For the pick‑up from the airport, we arranged an additional vehicle immediately so your family and all luggage could travel together. You agreed to this solution. For the return trip to the airport, we gave you two clear options: Book a second 7‑seater, or upgrade to a luxury 9‑seater van , which would fit everyone together. You chose the 9‑seater upgrade voluntarily. We never intend to overcharge or take advantage of our guests. The extra costs were only for an additional vehicle or a larger vehicle – both necessary because your luggage was larger than our standard size. International travel always involves luggage, which is exactly why we clearly state our luggage size limits to avoid such situations. We sincerely apologize if this was not explained clearly enough at the time of booking. We will improve our communication. Thank you for giving us a chance to explain.
Excellent service. Driver was on time and provided smooth and easy ride to our hotel which was 45 minutes away
Excellent communication, waiting with a sign that had our name on it, took our luggage to car , nice car, and drove us to hotel. Didn’t speak English but okay we were tired after flight.
He was very patient and had excellent English communication skills. Because we had Chinese travel visas and needed extra time to collect our luggage, we were 20 minutes late than scheduled. As soon as we entered the country, we saw him standing at the front with my name card, waiting for us. His driving was also very smooth. I highly recommend him to everyone.
Our driver went above and beyond to meet our needs. She came through last minute to accommodate our situation in an efficient and professional manner. I highly recommend her to anyone!

We were greeted with a sign with my name on it. She accompanied us through customs and to pick up our luggage. Very helpful and thoughtful. It was great!
Very pleasant young man nice car smooth drive and he came straight away at short notice when our plane arrived earlier than scheduled and we got through customs in about 20 mins we were standing around in Pudong airport at 5.30am
