Frank was a very nice and polite guy! He had been on time, car had been clean and comfortable for two person. He gave us great advice and ideas for our time in Shanghai. We can really recommend him! Next time- again Frank time!

Frank was there when we arrived. He helped us with the luggage on the walk to the parking garage. The car was clean, and water was provided. Frank was very pleasant and spoke with us during the ride to the hotel. I highly recommend this car service.

My wife and I were returning to Shanghai from Chengdu and needed transportation from the airport to the hotel. Mr. Frank was awesome, great communication prior to our trip where he told us exactly where he would be waiting for us. Indeed he was there with a sign with our name. He was very professional and friendly and even so kind to answer during the ride a lot of questions we had about Shanghai and general stuff about China culture, landmarks, etc. He also helped us with all of our luggage. I can just speak highly about Mr. Frank. It was a great trip to China, and awesome transportation like the one from him, made it nicer, better and smother. If we return to Shanghai, we would look for him again. Highly recommended!
