Rosa was a very enjoyable host. She showed us how to make a few kinds of pizza and tiramisu. Her instructions were very easy to follow and everything tasted great.
The pizza and tiramisu were amazing and the instruction was perfect. We didn’t want to leave because the conversation was amazing and home was so comfortable. This class was perfect.
This experience was with a gracious, published chef in her own home. She had a delicious appetizer set up for me and a red wine that I thoroughly enjoyed. She was very knowledgeable and shared her recipes with me. She took pictures of me cooking and I even got to take home a tiramisu! I just wish I could have taken the left over pizza too. I would definitely chose another cooking class with her! Hands down recommend this course!
Luciana is absolutely fantastic, she knows so much and is the most gracious host. Her friend did an excellent job of translating for us as we learned to make, pizza, tiramisu and two more local bread dishes. She was so welcoming to our baby boy as well. We truly had a special afternoon. Highly recommend.
I booked a pizza and tiramisu class with Roberta for my 11 year old daughter and me. It was such a wonderful experience. Roberta took so much time to help my daughter make her own pizza and explain all of the steps clearly. It is clear that she has a passion for cooking and teaching others to enjoy it. My daughter is excited to try to recreate the dishes at home, so it worked!❤️. We had a wonderful time cooking with Roberta and will definitely try to book her again the next time we are in Italy!
Rosa is a very nice host. It is easy to talk to her and she answers all questions. I will go again at my next visit.
