首都フードシティでユニークな料理の冒険に出かけましょう。 熟練した地元の教師の指導の下、本場のラグーを使ったタリアテッレパスタ作りの技術をマスターする仲間の参加者とご一緒しましょう。 モルタデッラ、クレシェンタ、ピニョレットの歓迎の食前酒からスタート。伝統的なボロネーゼのキッチンでお互いを知り、イタリア語の美食を発見するのに最適なアイスブレイクです。 次に、カゾーニ・スプリッツを用意します。カゾーニ・スプリッツは、地元のハーブを使ったユニークなカクテルで、国際的なブランドとは一線を画しています。 では、パスタの生地を機械は使わず、手づくりで作り始めます。転がりピンにエネルギーをもたらすのはあなたです！ 地元で採れた食材を使い、パスタを形を整えて調理します。このパスタは、私たちの家で作ったラグーと完璧にマッチします。 パスタが乾いたら、一緒に調理してラグーと合わせ、すべて地元の赤ワインと一緒に！ 最後に地元のコーヒーとアマロを堪能！ 躊躇なく、食の世界に飛び込んでください！

Amazing experience!!! We had so much fun, we got a lot of tips for real Italian cooking, girls Claudia and Fran were amazing and real patient with all the group. This is an experience you don't want to miss.
Luca and Clara were wonderful hosts! We had so much fun learning to make pasta and we can't wait to do it at home. We met some wonderful people, and consider it one of the highlights of our 12 days in Italy and Austria. I highly recommend this class. I like that we didn't use machines in the class so I can replicate the process at home.
