Our experience on this tour was great! Our guide Mary was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites that we visited. She was able to guide us to find the most interesting parts of the Forbidden City, even though many of the buildings were not open for public access on the day. We also had a very delicious lunch! A thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining tour of these grandeous and spectacular monuments. Lots of interesting information that added to the experience of seeing these historic site. Our tour leader, Mary, was very prepared and sorted a nice lunch at a local restaurant which was lovely and led our tour confidently.
It was a very nice experience. We had some trouble in the morning regarding pickup at the hotel, but the agency did all they could to help and waited for us. A big thank you to Mary and her boss for helping us out.
