Take this tour! We had an incredible day learning all about the Normandy Invasion and visiting each of the important sites honoring the fallen soldiers. The American and German cemeteries were so touching - words can not describe their importance. You must visit in person. Our guide for the day, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of World War II and the French region. We toured with a group of about forty people so we were able to navigate each stop with plenty of time to learn as a group and then explore on our own. Don’t worry, they have thought of everything to make your day comfortable including a luxury bus, plenty of bathroom breaks, lunch, water, and even a hard cider toast. We loved our day!
The tour was excellent. The bus was on time and comfortable. Sam was knowledgeable and passionate on the subject of World War II and on the history of the cemeteries. It was more than a wonderful tour, it was an immersive learning experience.
The agenda was great–we were able to see all the essential sites of D-Day that could be seen in a single day, and never without rushing. Our guide Sam was friendly and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job informing us of the events of D-Day and the war in general. The coach was comfortable and competently driven, allowing us to relax. The lunch provided was good and more than enough. Would repeat if visiting again!
Sam was great. He told good stories regarding the history and gave it the appropriate mood. We learned a lot and had a good day. Omaha Beach Memorial and grounds are a most do.

Our guide Sam really made the experience. He was so knowledgeable, and gave us WW2 insights during the entire drive. We had plenty of time at each of our stops, and the included lunch was very good. I highly recommend this tour.
