Our day in normandy
One of the best trips we have ever been on start to finish! Our guide ash was sooo informative witty smart kind patient. Taught us soooo much while entertaining us. Julian our driver was a complete gentleman. Would highly recommend this trip to everyone! It was absolutely amazing!!!

Incredible, perfect
I could not imagine a more thorough, and fully engaging, presentation of the history that ultimately led to this battle. Followed by clear descriptions of how the battle unfolded, with fully developed analysis. I have read extensively on the topic of WW2, and found his talks perfect. Absolutely incredible.

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Bert’s knowledge of the Normandy invasion was very impressive. We learned so much on this tour. Our bus driver J.P. was outstanding.

A must do
Such an amazing experience but also sobering to see Omaha, the German cemetary and the American cemetery. Bert, our tour guide was a wealth of knowledge , his narrative was so thorough and I learned so much amazing facts. He gave us personal stories about some of the soldiers. Lunch was delicious.JP our driver got us through terrible traffic in one piece and we were back to the ship in plenty of time. Don't miss this tour

A Day in the Life of Normandy
Our guide (from Africa and more recently Paris) was very thorough and gave a great history lesson to frame our tour of Normandy. She showed much compassion and interest in all aspects of the tour . She never abandoned nor left us on our own. And the box lunch was perfect

Normandy UNESCO D-Day
We had the most amazing experience at Normandy with Maja as our tour guide!! She was absolutely fantastic and such a great story teller. She was very very knowledgeable and mad our experience incredible. We visited the German burial site, Normandy beach and finally the American burial site. It was a very long day but an excellent day off the ship seeing these sites. And they had us back in plenty of time for our sailing. I definitely recommend this shore excursion and hopefully you will get Maja. She is fantastic and really cares about her group having an extraordinary day!!

Time well spent in Normandy
Bertrand was an amazing tour guide and our driver JP was excellent as well! Bertrand gave us detailed information at each stop and then plenty of time to wander on our own. He was always available for questions at each location! Very helpful 😀 We visited multiple sites on this day long journey: German cemetery; 3 stops @Omaha Beach; Nice picnic lunch provided; American Cemetery and Pointe du Hoc. This was a perfect tour from our cruise port! We were picked up and dropped off right at the terminal! Highly recommend!!!
