Varanasi and I booked in a yoga session for me and my wife and we both really enjoyed it. He communicated very well via WhatsApp, once we got to his studio we felt at home and the yoga session was just blissfully! So good that I am doing online lessons with him now! I started doing online classes with Ayush, It was a long time since my last yoga class but we connected from minute zero, he gave me the confidence to keep pursuing yoga. I took classes weekly over more than a month. He has the perfect patience and knowledge to guide you through all the movements and breathing, correcting every step. Every Thursday morning 4 of us from Canada take an online yoga class with Ayush. We first met Ayush in Varanasi where we did numerous yoga classes with him in his studio. We enjoyed it so much we decided to continue our classes online from Canada. Thursday mornings start off great with an hour class. Ayush is a very experienced teacher and is able to meet all of our individual needs. He is incredibly reliable and very client oriented. I can't recommend him and his classes enough whether it be online or face-to-face.

I had my first yoga class with Ayush during my trip in India. I had already tried yoga before but with him it was different. When i back in Italy I decided to start this path with him, difficult initially because I had an accident and my back was very painful. It’s been almost 4 months that I have yoga classes with Ayush and I feel completely better. I often hated my body before, but now I’ve started to love it even when some days I like it less. He helped me to recover physically and also he gave me a stability and mental serenity that I had lost for a long time. sometimes I still lose it when I’m so much under stress but after our yoga classes I return to feel better. I thank Ayush for improving my lifestyle and helping me to discover a spiritual part that was dormant in me.

I'm a repeat customer. Two years ago I started taking lessons from this teacher. I asked Ayush to do yoga because I wanted to experience that emotion again on this trip in Varanasi. Two years ago I took it on the roof of a guest house. I remember being a little surprised when the monkey attacked me. When I asked him this time, he had his own studio. After all, my eyes did not go wrong. I think he's a talented enough instructor to have a studio. A quiet and sacred yoga studio just off Dashwamed Ghat. The mural of Lord Shiva on the front seems to symbolize Varanasi's soul, with a calm and deep energy flowing throughout the studio. Ayush has a lot of experience and naturally feels the physical and mental state of his body and gives me lessons that are easy to understand. I told her about the pain in my right knee and she immediately changed it to an asana that was not too taxing and I was comfortable working on it. He also noticed that I was getting shallower from the busyness of my breathing, and he carefully adopted breathing techniques. An important time to get back to yourself, away from sightseeing and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This is a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Varanasi.
