Essence of Varanasi
I spent few days in Varanasi and I experienced beyond the incredible sacred and energetic site the truly spiritual essence of that place practicing yoga with an amazing teacher, Ayush.
My friends and I joined a private yoga class in his studio and a sunrise class on the ghat.
Ayush welcomed us with grace and peace, adjusting the class to everyone level and needs and most important he guided us into a dimension of awareness that we could feel such connection with the energy of this unique city.
If you want not only visit Varanasi, but experience in a deeper sense, I really recommend to practice with Ayush.
So grateful for your classes and teaching 🙏🏻

Spiritual essence of a journey
I spent few days with friends in the so special and so sacred setting of Varanasi and that experience was made truly magic and unique thanks to the wonderful meeting with Ayush.
We practiced with him a private class in his studio and a sunrise class on the Varanasi ghat.
Everything was amazing, the atmosphere, the organization, the attention and care for guests and above all the authentic and deep inner yoga practice.

I did my headstand for the first time! You must do this while you are in Varanasi.
I stayed in Varanasi for a bit knowing it's a spiritual area and of course, I looked for a yoga class. It was my first time trying Hatha yoga and it was really good! I was also able to do my headstand for the first time with Ayush's guidance! I did the yoga twice, and the second one was in the ghat during sunrise. It was really cool to do the sun salutations in front of the Ganges River with the cool morning breeze!

A Truly Memorable Yoga Session
A truly special experience in Varanasi. Practicing yoga at sunrise by the Ganges, while the city slowly wakes up, was simply magical.
We did this as a group of friends, and the session was perfectly adapted to all levels. Ayush was kind, flexible, attentive, and created a very relaxed and unique atmosphere.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for something authentic and memorable beyond the usual sightseeing. 🌅🕉️

Wonderful experience

Sunrise yoga

Must have experience
I booked a private session with Ayush for Sunrise Yoga after finding about it on Google search and Trip Advisor.
It was definitely a good decision. I have been practicing Yoga for about 4 years now but I still wanted professional guidance to correct a few Asan postures. He was able to understand my body language very well and guide me through the corrections aptly. Also, I got learn a few new techniques and technical knowledge behind those Asans.
Not to forget, the class being held at the terrace of a building, the experience of doing it all while witnessing the sunrise overlooking the Ghat was exceptional.

Yoga on the Gange
We practiced yoga in Varanasi with Ayush during our group trip, and it was truly a special experience. He is a very skilled, attentive, and kind instructor, able to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere from the very first moment.
What I appreciated the most was his ability to adapt the class to everyone, both to those who already had experience with yoga and to those who were stepping onto a mat for the very first time. Everyone felt supported, comfortable, and respected at their own pace.
The class took place on the banks of the Ganges, in a breathtaking and deeply evocative setting, which made the practice even more powerful and meaningful.
A genuine, professional, and warm teacher who made this experience unforgettable in such a special place as Varanasi. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable yoga session at sunrise in Varanasi
Doing a yoga class with Ayush in Varanasi was an unforgettable experience. We practiced at sunrise in an incredible spot overlooking the Ganges, where you can truly feel the energy of the place.
The session was deep, well-guided, and very thoughtfully structured. Ayush is a highly professional teacher with a calm presence and beautiful energy that helps you connect from the very first moment. I absolutely loved the class and the way he integrates the surroundings and the spiritual atmosphere into the practice.
If I return to Varanasi, I will definitely take classes with him again. He also offers online classes, which I will surely join whenever I can. I highly recommend this experience :)
