From the very first moment I contacted Ayush, I could feel his beautiful energy. Even just through messages, you can sense his kindness and professionalism. He replied in a thoughtful and warm manner, offering flexibility to attend at different times. His studio is a bubble of peace on the top floor of a building in the old city, very close to the ghats, yet tucked away in the labyrinth of alleys. There are signs along the way, so it's easy to find. I attended two classes during my stay in Varanasi, and I can honestly say they were two of the best yoga sessions I’ve ever had. I can’t imagine a better way to start the day. Both classes were very different and equally inspiring, and I left both sessions in awe, wishing I could begin every day that way. Coming out of one of his classes and just wandering around the city is something everybody should experience. I’ll never forget the morning after my first class with him. In that blissful state post-yoga, I stepped out into the street and wandered through the narrow alleys while the city was still waking up. The sounds of music, the smoke of breakfast cooking, the smell from incenses... and I felt like I was floating above it all, literally walking on air. It was a magical sensation I'll carry with me forever. He truly has a gift for teaching yoga with such clarity and depth. He creates a smooth flow and leads you to places you didn’t even realize you could reach. In my case, for example, I was able to do poses I hadn’t been able to do before, and somehow he knew I was ready to try them. He also goes above and beyond to make his students feel comfortable. During the hot days in Varanasi, he made sure the space was well ventilated so we all felt at ease throughout the session. The group size is small, which allows for personal attention, and he is fully present for each student. He gently corrects and adjusts with respect, precision and care. His class was a wonderful journey, where you could literally feel yourself melting into the final Savasana. Yes, Ayush is a superb and talented yoga teacher, but beyond that, he is also a beautiful human being and a precious soul. Both the city of Varanasi and Ayush will stay in my heart forever. I only wish I had more time to attend more classes, and can’t wait to return and practice again in such a special place. Thank you so, so much, Ayush!

Varanasi moves a lot of energy and practicing Yoga is indispensable.. Ahush is a great teacher, attentive and caring. It pushed us even a little to dare helping us literally to go from bakasana vertically! I recommend it Beautiful location .. get ready for the stairs!

Ayush is the best yoga instructor for first-timers. My parents have never tried yoga before, and they loved their first session! I brought my yoga group to practice with Ayush, and it was a lovely surprise. Ayush is an advanced teacher and very attentive to both the class and the people. We practiced a multi-level Hatha session, respecting the bodies of everyone present. If you happen to be in Varanasi, I highly recommend practicing with him in person. Highly recommended

I had a great experience while taking part in group yoga session during my stay in Varanasi. Ayush is an experienced yoga teacher and a very kind and friendly person. He quickly replied to my inquiry and offered some available options so that I could choose and join at the most convienient time for me. It was a very pleasant 1 hour long session spent in a great atmosphere with best people.

I booked this experience via online before my trip as a surprise for my friends. They all loved it and enjoyed so much. Ayush is very professional and you can tell he has a vast experience in teaching yoga. Highly recomended!
