⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The pasta cooking class with Irene was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Bologna! We felt welcome the moment we arrived. The course takes place at Irene's home and you are warmly welcomed by her and her family – it hardly gets more personal and authentic than that. Since we arrived a little late due to traffic, Irene took it completely in stride and immediately put us at ease. She just said with a smile that good food takes time and that we should take just as much time. This warmth made the evening special from the very beginning. Irene explained every step clearly and took plenty of time, so that even beginners can participate without any problems. Together, we made farfalle, tagliatelle, and tortellini by hand and learned a lot about the Italian pasta tradition in the process. To finish, our homemade pasta was freshly prepared. It tasted incredibly delicious and it was a great feeling to enjoy what we had made ourselves beforehand. But the best part was the atmosphere. Irene is so warm that we even decided to stay in touch and exchange recipes in the future. It is exactly these kinds of encounters that make a trip unforgettable. Anyone looking for an authentic, family-like, and unforgettable experience in Bologna has come to the right place with Irene. We would book the cooking class again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend it!
