Guides were experienced and willing to answer many questions. I enjoyed learning more about Florence and it's history.

Excellent tour with Mario. This was a great way to get introduced to the historic district in Bologna and especially enjoyed the visit to the old university building.

Our guide Beatrice was very knowledgeable, articulate in her delivery and patient with latecomers. The tour was definitely a highlight of our week in Bologna and I would highly recommend it at the beginning of a stay to get a feel for the city.

Our guide was pleasant and personable. Coming from the US he spoke very fast and was a bit difficult to understand. Some of the information presented were not supported by what we found. Particularly the sculpture of the Neptune fountain. Giambologna’s hands being severed at the pope’s instruction.

It is a very interesting tour, Maria our guide was very important for enjoying the tour and learning about Bologna, she is excellent at explaining the history, the meaning of the symbols; she has extensive knowledge and a formidable manner. Excellent experience and it is worth the price!!

Benedetta took us on a wonderfully interesting tour of some of the central historical sites in Bologna. She was incredibly friendly and very welcoming of questions and conversation. She covered the general history of the city, we visited the Basilica, the old Bilblioteca and some of the market streets. We had a great time and would recommend her tours wholeheartedly.

It did seem to cover all of the basics in Bologna centre including the anatomical theatre and main cathedral. The guide talked about the history of location and places Improvements, the guide never introduced himself, we started late so it felt rushed, the audio didn’t work so it was hard to hear and the guide didn’t try to make up for it, his accent was heavy so speaking more slowly would have helped.
