ベトナム南部と中部を巡る7日間 | ハイライトと人気の目的地

My family of 3 just came back from our 7 days travel around Vietnam, we recommend highly recommend Authentic for all their help! Tran was our agent, he organize all our tour around the country, flights, hotels, private transportation, cruises etc and he was all the time in contact by whatsapp making sure all the process was smooth and on time. Honestly we could not have the amazing experience at the country without their advise and experience!

I was served by Tran and Han and they are superb. They have been very patient giving me all the options especially there are so many cruise choices for Ha Long Bay. We finally decided to go with Sena cruise and I would say it is a great recommendation. We truly enjoyed our cruise experience. The service does not stop after the trip end. We had some misadventure in Hanoi and I have to contact someone for advice. Authentic came to my mind and Tran replied immediately even it was after working hours. Thank you and will definitely engage you again for my next trip.

A very nice trip, effective communication before check-out, a great welcome on site from Tran and his teams, quality guides and listening, availability throughout our stay with great responsiveness to answer our questions.

These 7 days spent in Vietnam will remain unforgettable thanks to Son, our representative. All the services met our requests and more. Our guide and our driver who accompanied us during the 7 days were extremely competent. I consider this agency to be recommended!!!

What a trip, what a country, what guides! Thanks to them and thanks to Son! You introduced us to landscape, people, foods, stories, legends and customs that will mark us for a long time! Everything was perfect, both the itinerary and the attention to detail.

We travelled 7 days south and central Vietnam. I am very glad that we booked private tour for our group of 6 family members. Everything was very organized with airport transfer. The guides were very good . We highly recommend working with Tran Son and team Authentic!!!

Son was wonderful and very helpful. The arrangement was great and we enjoyed our visit in Vietnam. Will use your service next time we come to Vietnam.

Team Authentic adventures gave us such a wonderful tour with personal airport pickups and the best tour guides great hotels and for keeping us well informed between country's. Will do it all again.

We were served by Mr Tran from Vietnam. He was helpful and flexible and helped our tour when there was a typhoon preventing a trip to Halong Bay. Helpful and excellent customer sevices.

I cannot say enough good things about Authentic adventures and the personal attention we received from Tran. The service we received was AMAZING from start to finish. We could customize any part of the trip and Tran was there for us with a helpful advice. We had greeters at the airport, individuals to help us with our luggage, and drivers to our hotels as well as to and from various activities. Tran had a day by itinerary printed for us so we knew where we were going, what time we were being picked up and what we needed to bring/wear for each activity. This was one of the most memorable vacation and we want to thank Authentic Adventures and Tran for that. We recommend this agency 100%.
