It was a very nice Experience and Vietnam is very beautiful. Authentic is very supporting, Hanna from Authentic is always available whenever we need. All pickup and drops were convenient and smooth.

Five stars doesn't feel enough. Mr Tran and the team were outstanding throughout our tour - quick responses, thoughtful guidance, and a calm presence when hiccups popped up. The itinerary ran smoothly, recommendations felt local... Grateful, impressed, and already planning our next booking with them.

We had an amazing trip all very well organised we traveled from north to south by train plain and car and everything went very smoothly, daily updated and informed by WhatsApp and Han was the very best in informing and very quickly responding too our questions so a big thank to Authentic team...

Our whole Vietnam trip starting from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi was very well organized by Authentic Adventures. Special mention to Son who was always there keeping us updated with all the necessary preparations. Always friendly and helpful. The trip was an amazing one, from hotels, sightseeing food all was taken care by Authentic. Thank you Authentic for making our Vietnam trip such an memorable one!

Working with Son and team Authentic were a pleasure. Son coordinated from our initial conversation to planning and finalizing the trip. He even had a PDF presentation of the trip. Very professional and friendly

Had a wonderful experience with Authentic. If anybody wants to learn how true customer service is - they should visit this agency in Hanoi. Overwhelmed to get amazing support for car ride from Hanoi to Incense Village and Hanoi to Sapa round trip bus. Special thanks to Tran and Han taking great care of four of us.

The views from the cruise ship as well as the bedrooms were incredible. Also the warm of the staff and its coordinator. The activities and food have been an unforgettable experience.

It has been a beautiful trip from which we have very beautiful memories. Vietnam is a beautiful country with kind and wonderful people. The organization has been great and they have always been attentive to us. The guides were lovely. Thank you very much for everything and especially to Mr Son who organized a route for us according to our needs. I hope that soon we can have another experience like this Authentic. Thanks for everything.

Authentic was excellent from the beginning to end...constant check on travel requirement and trip arrangement. Nice tour guides. Secretary was amazing at their center hotels were above standard. They may however like to upgrade hotel in HCM only. We enjoyed our trip. Using mask still may help in crowded. Thanks for everything

10/10, 5 stars. Authentic made or family trip to Vietnam so easy. Their service is excellent and they are attentive, polite and friendly. I had originally booked hotels through a web booking site but Authentic was able to book the same at far better prices. We saved money and had a trouble free holiday. Everything worked to plan. They organized the drivers, tour guides, itinerary... Special mention to team Authentic who are amazing people. So thoughtful!
