The experience with agency was good. Was always recommended places to visit and had great help grom customer service. While the prices are affordable

Authentic is the nicest person my mom and I have met. He's transparent about the tours and what you're getting for the price. You can tell that he loves what he does and is very passionate in helping people get the best deals. We will definitely look for his again once we come back to Hanoi!

Found this agent through an aggregator application which I have used before. The team at Authentic were profession and customized the trip to our liking. During the course of the trip they kept in touch and we're available to help with any suggest in terms of local eateries and sightseeing for the days we were free. Had a good experience with Authentic!!!
