My mom and I are traveling in Vietnam and went to Authentic to book our trip. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr Tran helped us and he took us through everything and was super in-depth. They gave us snacks and water throughout the visit. At the end, the rest of the ladies came up to us and talked about our families and it was just great experience. 10/10 recommend coming here!

We have just completed our 5th trip to Vietnam since 2028. All 5 booked through Authentic. We cannot thank them enough for the awesome service, patience with all our questions and queries. Mr Tran is a five star travel agent who spent 1 months helping us plan this trip. Thank you Authentic, Mr Tran and the beautiful country of Vietnam for an awesome 11 days.

We have just returned from this wonderful trip o Vietnam. Everything was super well organized, Tran was able to offer us a program that was perfect suited to our family, between cultural visit and activities with the Vietnamese (embroidery, lantern making, bike rides, etc.). He followed us throughout the stay to make sure everything went well. Our guides were super interesting and very kind, we particularly liked Duc, in Hue and Tin, in Saigon. The hotels were incredible, in short an unforgettable trip and one to repeat without hesitation with Authentic.

Oct 2024 we went to Vietnam for 15 days with family and especially to introduce our son to his country. We had a wonderful stay between rice fields, bay of ha long, da nang and mekong delta. Thanks to all tour guides for their availability his kindness to drivers and guides.

We were pleasantly surprised by the visits, the guides, the choice of hotels and the organization and I would particularly like to thank Tran with whom I spoke very often for a month and who organized my trip 11 day as I wanted it was a one of my most beautiful trips to this wonderful country with Vietnamese people who are so kind and respectful, it changes us from our daily lives, thank you again
