We had an 11:00 a.m. transfer scheduled. At 10:20, just after we got off the plane, they called to tell us our driver had arrived early and that we needed to get to the meeting point right away. After collecting our luggage, we went directly to the designated meeting spot and arrived at 10:40, 20 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. We were then told that because we were “late,” our transfer had already left without us. Again, our scheduled transfer was at 11:00 a.m., and we were there at 10:40. Their solution was to have us walk several blocks away from the airport, carrying all of our luggage and crossing multiple busy streets, to meet a bus at a hotel. They didn't tell us this was where we were walking to, they had us follow a worker to go meet the bus "just over there". Once we finally got on the bus, the driver proceeded to stop at multiple hotels around the area, including going to a couple of the wrong hotels. It took more than an hour before we finally even started heading toward the pier. If you’re expecting a convenient, direct transfer from the airport to the cruise pier, this is not it. We arrived early for our scheduled pickup, were left behind anyway, had to haul our luggage several blocks to a hotel, and then spent over an hour driving around to various hotels before even heading to the pier. An incredibly frustrating way to start a vacation. I would not use this service again and would not recommend it.

They were very busy. It took a while because there ended up being three or four additional stops but we did finally make it to the pier and everything was fine.

The ride was worth the money. The bus was waiting for us when we departed the cruise ship and took us to the airport in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company as we also used them to get from our hotel to the cruise port.

Easy to use. Efficient friendly fast. Couldn’t be happier with the service. They took excellent care of us, gave us some helpful info on the way. Excellent job!

We checked in for a 10.00 reservation at 9:50.. The two guys running the place just left us!! Then We were told we had to wait until 12:00. We asked for a refund and the guy called his boss and it was approved…. But I have to wait 3 days. We are now in a taxi. No one should use this service! I’d like to be contacted by Viator.

Evan was very nice, though if you have a fear of dogs, I wouldn't stay at this residence. My mom was scared bc Abbey met us at the door and was barking a lot. She's very loud. Evan came to see us when he came home and she was fine. The room was small but comfortable. However, tv wasnt working while we were there. Overall, it was a good stay.

Finding the check-in desk was confusing. They had call us which was a saver. Could use a better description on how to find.

When you state you pick up at the airport, and do so, but then do additional stops at motels/ hotels south of the airport, further away from the pier…. And these hotel passengers are no where to be found because they were told by the Seattle shuttle to WAIT inside hotel…. You make the rest of us LATE to the pier. Buyer Beware!
