Never was able to find anyone from your company and had to pay another company for a transfer to the airport. I would like a full refund.
Quick and easy. Faster than the ships valet service and way less standing in line. BK text as soon as we landed as to where the van was and easy to find. Probably the nicest shuttle van we’ve seen all trip with great legroom. We weren’t flying out that day but we got a rental car at the airport. HE DROPPED US RIGHT OFF at the car rentals and took the rest to their terminals. Definitely recommend.

people who have been in a cruise understand that dockside after disembarking is always chaotic. communication with our driver was very difficult, different arrangements given on where to meet for pick up. i had booked a taxi for myself n my husband transfer from port to airport-but picked up (eventually) in a shuttle bus. numerous other drivers got out of their vehicles and told our driver that his brake lights weren’t working-carried on driving to airport terrible experience

Friendly and helpful people providing the ride to the airport but the ones sending the needed info have got to identify exactly where to pick up the ride.

We had 4 people including a toddler and 2 weeks worth of luggage. We were told to wait in 3 different areas. After calling and being told to speak to Tyson (who was very nice and helpful), we waited over 2 hours in the sun with 2 kids. The shortage of drivers and disorganization of the system was a huge let down and made it very stressful. We wound up getting picked up by a random bus not even part of the company. It was a mess. I will not be using this again.

Best way to get to the airport from the port. Quick effortless efficient friendly. We couldn’t ask for better service. Other people were paying a fortune for uber and we had the best deal the best driver and got there ahead of them all.
