Shuttle was right on time, delivered us to our destination on time, price was great. Recommend this service highly.

We used the Seattle Express to get from a hotel to the cruise port. The shuttle was 30 minutes late. I called twice after the scheduled time to get arrival time. Then we went to the airport for no reason; there was no one to pick up there. It was a big bus , but we only had 12 people on the bus. Six of them was my group. Our boarding time for the cruise was 11:30 and 12:00. We got there at

Driver arrived 10 mins before 9- but instructions said to be in hotel lobby 15 min early, which we were. He was great with our suitcase. Going between various hotel pick-ups via speed bumps was jarring at times. Didn't realize the distance we'd travel. Good value for cost.

Driver was on time. Bus was comfortable. Smooth ride. Better price than Uber or taxi. Driver was cordial.

my clients were so pleased with the service, so excited and happy when they were picked up, because all the other people waiting had booked thru Ubers and others, and they had to wait for a very long time. They felt like queens, when the tour operators called out their names. They called me from Seattle to Texas. LOL

Big bus as opposed to shuttle bus. Multiple stops and what was advertised as a 45 minute ride, took 1 hour + 45 minutes. Got to where we needed to be but way too long for someone that gets motion sick on bus rides

Driver was outstanding! The only challenge was with our hotel and 2 large busses parked at the designated pickup location.

Pickup window given is a 20 minute window. When you have a schedule to keep and the ride doesn’t arrive until after the latest given time and other arrangements have to be made makes for a disappointing experience.
