On the number of stops: with a 6 tasting option, it is not uncommon for the experience to be spread across fewer locations with multiple tastings at each, which means 3 stops with 2 tastings each is consistent with the format. When he attempted to call the number listed in the booking on the day of the tour, it reached the travel agency rather than you directly. He spoke with an agent who, due to privacy rules, could not share your phone number and tried to reach you on your behalf, but unfortunately was unsuccessful. Given the inability to establish direct contact and coordinate safely, especially in light of the dietary information shared, the host made the decision to cancel the tour rather than risk leaving you unsupported or delivering a poor experience. We recognize, however, that this decision was not communicated clearly or in a timely way to you, and we are truly sorry for the impact this had on your plans and your day in Bologna. While a full refund was processed, we know that this does not make up for the lost time or the disappointment you experienced.
