Super easy and the most fun! Rental shop is easy to find and the process is really easy say. We went for an hour but could have been longer. I also like that on the segway you’re just a bit taller than the crowds so it’s easy to see everything. Highly recommend!!! ***** 5 stars
We only booked for 30 mins due to the time we had but had a great time. We did it for fun as we had already done the town tours but it's a great way to get around if you want the freedom of going where you want.
Good value for money but the Segway’s were quite slow and we were given a map But no recommendations as to where to go so were left to our own devices!
Overall an amazing experience. A friend and I booked the 2 hour tour at 11am and had a blast riding around and looking at the local architecture. Main takeaways: - friendly staff that walk you through how to use the Segway's, if my friend can do it…anyone can - a hour and half was enough time for 2 people to get around and see everything - try to book early in the day as the square gets busy around lunch time - Be prepared to be the center of attention as you and your gang roll around in style
No sign outside door but no 4 correct. Arrived late and he said we still had 2 hours after initial tuition Very helpful and made sure we could use Segway. My friend was really nervous and he spent longer getting her use to it. We stopped for break and didn't realise they switch off after a while. Rang gave him location and he came and sorted us out. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
Great fun, staff were so helpful giving training on how to use. Highly recommended touring around the lovely city of Krakow on a Segway much more fun than a golf buggy tour. Will 100% be back to do this again book 2 hours you won't regret it.

My flight arrived late and no suitcase so, I was late arriving for my one hour session. I rushed there only planning to do half the time as I was late and was greeted by an extremely rude guy who kept complaining about my being late. I tried to explain what happened, but he just kept flapping his hands at me. I asked for the map which was included, which sent him off in a mini rage at my cheek of asking for something that was included. He phoned whoever up and then found a map. Never again with this company. Rude is an understatement. Segway was fun though.
Great fun! Really helpful tutorial on how to use a Segway which was great, then we were off. Fantastic way to see the city.
